What you will do
As justice officer, you will provide reception and administration support across the Ballarat justice service centre.
You will help staff, visitors and community members while supporting important justice services.
You will:
- provide accurate administration support and client services
- assist people with enquiries, applications and department services
- deliver professional reception services and manage phone enquiries
- maintain secure records, mail processes and information systems
- support financial tasks, events, travel arrangements and fleet management.
About you
Experience in administration and reception will help you succeed in this role. You should be confident using computer systems and helping people access services.
You should also have:
- strong computer skills
- a customer-focused approach
- the ability to work collaboratively with others
- a flexible and inclusive approach to work.
