Justice Officer

What you will do

As justice officer, you will provide administration and reception support across justice service centres.

You will help staff, visitors and community members while keeping services running smoothly.

You will:

• provide accurate administration support and client services
• assist people with enquiries, applications and department services
• manage reception, telephone calls and visitor movements
• maintain organised records, correspondence and mail processes
• support financial tasks, events, travel arrangements and fleet administration.

About you

Experience in administration or reception is desirable. You should feel comfortable using computer systems and helping people access services.

You should also have:

• strong computer skills
• a customer-focused approach
• the ability to work collaboratively with others
• a flexible mindset and willingness to learn.
