Supply Chain Planner

The Role will play a critical part in coordinating customer demand and material availability across a complex manufacturing operation. Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service, you will oversee the end-to-end planning process, ensuring customer requirements are understood, production schedules are aligned and supply risks are proactively managed.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinating monthly planning and sales operations processes
• Managing order flow, production priorities and customer commitments
• Reviewing demand requirements and capacity constraints
• Monitoring material availability and supply risks
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve planning and delivery issues
• Supporting forecasting, statistical planning and longer-term supply planning activities
• Acting as a key escalation point for planning-related challenges and exceptions

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally and making informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We're looking for

• Experience in supply chain, production, demand or sales and operations planning
• Strong ERP system knowledge, ideally SAP or similar
• Exposure to manufacturing operations and bill of material structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• The ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound commercial decisions
• Advanced Excel and systems skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable and continuous improvement mindset
