The Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. You will work across a combination of clinic-based, community, and telehealth settings, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their goals, improve functional outcomes, and maximise independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, including functional capacity, activities of daily living, environmental, and assistive technology assessments.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based, client-centred intervention plans tailored to individual goals and needs.
- Support clients to build independence, improve participation, and enhance quality of life across home, community, education, and workplace environments.
- Complete reports, recommendations, and documentation in accordance with NDIS, funding body, and organisational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide recommendations regarding assistive technology, home modifications, and strategies to improve functional performance.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with professional and legislative standards.
- Manage a flexible caseload across community visits, clinic appointments, and telehealth services.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in supervision, mentoring, and professional development activities.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working within NDIS, disability, community, rehabilitation, paediatrics, mental health, or aged care settings is highly regarded.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to client care.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and any other relevant state-based clearances (or willingness to obtain).
