Implementation Support Consultant

We are seeking a driven and technology-oriented individual to join a growing software company. In this role, you will deliver services to business clients by configuring platform features to align with their workflows, integrating the platform with third-party systems, and migrating data from legacy tools. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product/Engineering teams to develop deep product expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences, helping organizations streamline operations, improve onboarding, and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients regularly to deliver services and implementation support.
- Complete configuration, integration, and migration tasks on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product/Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful outcomes.

Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years experience working within a SaaS environment is preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing B2B technical support, implementation or customer success position.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and commute to a Melbourne-based office several days per week.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work model.
- In-office attendance required three days per week.
Compensation
- $85K + Super
