The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced lending professional to join the business as Director, Lending & Distribution.

Reporting to the senior leadership group, you will be responsible for driving lending growth through existing and new distribution partnerships, whilst acting as a trusted adviser across complex lending scenarios, credit structuring and product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships across broker and distribution networks

• Drive lending origination and growth of Group's portfolio

• Structure tailored lending solutions and provide guidance on complex credit scenarios

• Work closely with Credit and Treasury to deliver outcomes

• Provide insights for product, policy and process enhancements

• Deliver training and strategic support to distribution partners

• Conduct business planning and workshops with referral partners

• Promote organisation through industry engagement and market activity

• Identify opportunities to improve market penetration, credit quality and portfolio performance

• Act as a key conduit between the market and internal stakeholders, providing valuable market intelligence

About You

You are an accomplished lending or distribution professional with a strong industry network and a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes within lending, mortgage or private credit.

You will bring

• Extensive experience within non-bank lending, commercial lending or mortgages

• Strong understanding of credit policy, risk appetite, loan structuring and lending products

• Established relationships across brokers, introducers and industry stakeholders

• Demonstrated success in originating and growing lending volumes

• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence outcomes

• Experience working within a high-performance, client-focused environment
