Technical Business Analyst – 12-Month Contract

Public Sector People is currently working with a regional NSW Council delivering a major TechnologyOne Property & Rating (PNR) implementation. They are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst with proven hands-on experience configuring and implementing the TechnologyOne Compliance Module.

About The Role

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of the council's TechOne PNR project, with a strong focus on the Compliance Module and associated business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement the TechnologyOne Compliance Module
  • Design, build and configure BPAs (Business Process Automations)
  • Work across TechnologyOne PNR, Compliance and DocOne environments
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support testing, documentation and implementation activities

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring the TechnologyOne Compliance Module
  • Strong experience working within TechnologyOne PNR
  • Experience integrating and working with DocOne
  • Demonstrated experience building and configuring BPAs
  • Previous Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience on TechnologyOne projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Highly Regarded

  • Local Government experience
  • Previous TechnologyOne implementation or upgrade projects
  • CIA experience
