We are seeking an experienced Projects Leader to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to customer, people, and business objectives. Reporting to the Projects and Enablement Manager, you will lead and support the Projects Team to maintain a high-performing delivery function. You will oversee project prioritisation, resource allocation, and delivery governance across Customer Experience initiatives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and achieve agreed outcomes within required timeframes and budgets.

With a proactive and adaptable approach, you will partner closely with Project Sponsors, Leaders, and stakeholders across Customer Experience to manage dependencies, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead and mentor a team of six, including Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, Knowledge Management Specialists, and Process and Content Specialists.

  • Develop and execute project plans that drive timely delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Manage resource allocation and prioritisation across multiple concurrent projects to maximise delivery outcomes.

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including CXLT, delivery partners, and senior leaders, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery capability and Customer Experience outcomes.

About you

  • Proven experience leading project teams and delivering complex projects successfully and on schedule.

  • Strong project governance, risk management, and delivery planning expertise.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage leaders at General Manager and Executive levels.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • A collaborative leader who develops, mentors, and motivates high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Experience working with project delivery partners and managing cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
