Management Accountant

Talentpath is working in partnership with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector to recruit a detail driven and commercially focused Management Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both finance and operational teams, contributing to financial insights and supporting key business decisions.

About The Role

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights across a diverse portfolio.

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Producing management reports with meaningful variance analysis and insights
• Analysing financial performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assisting with financial modelling and business case development
• Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and funding requirements
• Partnering with operational teams to interpret financial results and support decision-making

What We Are Looking For

You are a proactive and analytical finance professional with experience in management accounting within a complex environment.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (CA/CPA or working towards highly regarded)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
