About the Role
The Resourcing Consultant reports to the Resourcing Director and has a key focus on placing the best available candidates in a timely and seamless manner. The position encompasses candidate sourcing and management, relationship building, and managing ongoing client engagements. This role is well suited to an individual with recruitment experience, (preferably with exposure to Federal government contracting through panel arrangements) who has high level communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through advertising and networking
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and reference reports
- Write candidate profiles and coordinate client interviews
- Prepare work orders and support the onboarding process
- Manage contractor and client relationships
- Assist in managing marketing, and networking initiatives
What You Will Need
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- The proven ability to source and place candidates in a variety of roles and industries
- Established professional networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent representation and negotiation skills
- Experience managing government RFQ submissions would be highly regarded
