Sales Development Representative

$55,000 – $70,000 Base (Based on Experience) + Uncapped Commission

At Square Yards, we help Australians make smarter property and financial decisions through structured investment strategies and long-term wealth planning.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Representative to connect with potential clients and book qualified Discovery Sessions for our Property Strategists.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for inbound and database-generated leads. Your focus is simple: convert conversations into booked Discovery Sessions.

These 10–15 minute sessions allow our strategists to understand a client’s current financial position, their goals, and whether a tailored property strategy can help them move forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and existing database contacts
• Qualify interest around property investment, tax minimisation, wealth creation, and Mortgage debt reduction
• Book high-quality Discovery Sessions into the strategists’ calendars
• Follow a structured call process and CRM tracking system

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and phone-based sales skills
• Confident, energetic, and resilient mindset
• Ability to qualify leads and handle objections professionally
• Experience in appointment setting, call centre, real estate, finance, or outbound sales (preferred)
• Hunger to earn and grow within a high-performance environment
