Maintenance Electrician | Lidcombe NSW | Afternoon Shift
Looking for a stable, hands-on electrical maintenance role with consistent hours, overtime opportunities and genuine career growth?
Tassal is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Lidcombe seafood processing facility. Working on a permanent afternoon shift (12:00pm - 8:00pm), you'll play a key role in keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to electrical breakdowns and equipment faults
- Carrying out preventative and scheduled maintenance
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Working closely with the wider maintenance team to minimise downtime
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety-first culture
What We're Looking For
- Current Australian Electrical Licence
- Trade qualification as an Electrician
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production or similar environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach
- Flexibility to support occasional overtime and Saturday work when required
