Senior SAP/ERP Recruitment Consultant

Since 2014, we have expanded into SAP Consulting Services and more recently launched our sister company, CloudApps Consulting, to meet growing demand for cloud-based ERP solutions.
Following significant growth over the last 12 months, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP/ERP Recruitment Consultant to join our tight-knit, high-performing team and further drive our growth.
This opportunity is suited to a proven recruitment consultant, resourcer or candidate manager who loves sourcing and candidate side of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a specialised SAP /ERP technology recruitment desk
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across contract and permanent roles
- Source, engage, and represent high-quality SAP candidates using a variety of tools
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews (Teams/Zoom), and reference checks
- Write and manage job advertisements and candidate marketing
- Develop high-quality candidate summaries and submissions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM (Recruit Wizard)
- Drive revenue through consistent billing and pipeline management
- Mentor and support junior consultants
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5-10 years recruitment experience, ideally within SAP, IT, or a specialist technical market
- Proven track record in a recruitment and resourcing role with consistent billing performance
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, or similar tools
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
