About the Role

Seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategy across a large-scale digital and business transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies and plans aligned with program objectives
  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption initiatives
  • Provide strategic change advice to program leadership and project teams
  • Oversee development of training, communications, and engagement artefacts
  • Influence senior stakeholders and support alignment across diverse business areas
  • Embed structured change methodologies and best practices

About You

  • Extensive experience delivering change management in large-scale programs or enterprise transformations
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption and behavioural change outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
  • Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and adapt approach accordingly
  • Experience with recognised frameworks (e.g., Prosci, APMG) highly regarded
