Key responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of general ledgers and bank accounts.
  • Allocate and receipt payments.
  • Manage daily and month end billing process.
  • Debt management.
  • Assist with audit and debt reports.
  • Support compliance with billing processes, policies, and controls.
  • Prepare and maintain RCTIs (Recipient Created Tax Invoice), ensuring contractual compliance and resolving invoicing discrepancies.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvement.

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
