Key responsibilities
- Reconciliation of general ledgers and bank accounts.
- Allocate and receipt payments.
- Manage daily and month end billing process.
- Debt management.
- Assist with audit and debt reports.
- Support compliance with billing processes, policies, and controls.
- Prepare and maintain RCTIs (Recipient Created Tax Invoice), ensuring contractual compliance and resolving invoicing discrepancies.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvement.
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
