WE ARE HIRING: Senior Estimator (Commercial Construction)

I am currently partnering with a leading, award-winning Commercial Builder known for delivering landmark projects across the institutional, healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. They have an airtight pipeline of upcoming work and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their high-performing pre-construction team.

The Opportunity

In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers—you’ll be driving the strategy behind major tenders ranging from $50M to $300M+. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the submission process, mentor junior team members, and play a pivotal role in securing the company's next flagship projects.

What you’ll bring

Experience: 7+ years of estimating experience within the Australian commercial construction market (hard dollar and ECI).
Track Record: Proven success tendering on commercial projects valued at $30M+.
Software Savvy: High proficiency in CostX, Buildsoft, or Cubit.
Network: Strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications: A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is highly regarded.
