Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint SME to lead the design, development, and integration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, including integration with enterprise applications, custom connector development, and automation of identity lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of SailPoint IIQ with downstream enterprise applications.
• Design and deploy custom connectors for systems without native support using Java and the SailPoint Open Connector Framework.
• Integrate SaaS and custom-built applications using REST/SOAP APIs, WSDLs, and authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, API keys, and basic authentication.
• Configure JDBC connectors to extract, aggregate, and provision user data and entitlements across multiple SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Develop and enhance complex BeanShell/Java scripts, workflows, and provisioning rules to meet advanced business requirements.
• Implement and automate Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure accurate user access and provisioning.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a SailPoint SME / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications across complex environments.
• Hands-on development experience using Java, including custom connector development.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP), web services, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience configuring and managing JDBC-based integrations across multiple database platforms.
• Strong scripting and workflow development experience (BeanShell/Java).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Web Services, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with IAM protocols such as LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months + High Likelihood of extension
• Location: Sydney
