The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that drive value for clients and candidates alike.
You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Salary: Competitive base + commission (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent
Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted business development activities
- Develop and deliver tailored client pitches and recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on tenders and strategic engagements
- Drive account strategies and influence stakeholder decision-making
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

What we need from you
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and closing deals
- Experience working on tenders, bids, or strategic engagements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of technology services
- 5+ years' recruitment sales experience (ideally in IT/technology recruitment)
