Bev Collective by CFS is a new and exciting hospitality-focused beverage portfolio built for Melbourne’s on-premise market.

Backed by the strength and infrastructure of Complete Food Services (CFS), Bev Collective represents a carefully curated collection of premium Australian and international wine, spirits, aperitifs, mixers and specialty beverages.

We work closely with venues to deliver more than just products. We provide education, staff training, menu development, activations and genuine hospitality partnerships.

We’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Portfolio & Business Development Manager to join our team during an exciting growth phase.

This role is ideal for someone with hospitality, wine, spirits or beverage sales experience who loves being in venues, building genuine relationships and helping customers grow their beverage programs.

You’ll be responsible for growing distribution across Melbourne’s on-premise market while supporting existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow sales across Melbourne’s hospitality market

* Identify and secure new business opportunities

* Build strong relationships with venue owners, operators, beverage managers and bartenders

* Conduct regular customer visits and sales presentations

* Execute product training and education sessions

* Assist venues with menu development and activation opportunities

* Achieve sales and ranging objectives across the portfolio

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

* Work collaboratively with the CFS sales and operations teams

* Represent Bev Collective at trade events, tastings and industry functions

About You

You may currently be a

* Business Development Manager

* Territory Manager

* Key Account Manager

* Brand Ambassador looking to move into sales

* Venue Manager or Beverage Manager seeking a career change

You’ll Bring

* Hospitality, beverage, wine or spirits industry experience

* Strong relationship-building skills

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

* A proactive and self-motivated attitude

* Ability to work independently and manage your own territory

* Passion for hospitality and premium beverage brands

* Current Australian Driver’s Licence
