Project and Product Manager (Investment Products

We are looking for a Project and Product Manager to own the end-to-end design, delivery and ongoing management of investment products and strategic initiatives across the business.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management

• Drive product design and structuring in collaboration with investment, legal and internal stakeholders
• Deliver the end-to-end lifecycle of investment products, including LICs, ETFs and unlisted funds
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of key product documentation (PDS, TMD, IMAs and regulatory materials)
• Ensure smooth transition of products from launch into BAU operations
• Manage ongoing product maintenance, enhancements and improvements, structural changes and periodic product reviews

Project Delivery

• Delivery of strategic projects including fund launches, operational improvements and system implementations
• Identify, monitor and resolve key risks, issues and dependencies

Product Governance, Compliance and Risk

• Manage product related incidents, complaints and remediation activities
• Support due diligence across products, and ensure adherence to financial services regulatory requirements across LIC, ETF and managed fund structures

Operations and Execution

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable, robust solutions
• Contribute across a broad range of operational activities as required (“hands on” approach), working closely with middle and back office functions

Product Enhancement and Continuous Improvement

• Lead implementation of product enhancements across internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to ongoing evolution of systems, data, and operating models

Stakeholder and External Partner Management

• Act as the central coordination point across investment, legal, compliance, operations and distribution teams
• Manage relationships with external providers including registries, custodians, administrators and legal advisers

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in financial services, asset management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and/or product management roles
• Experience with investment structures including Unlisted Trusts, ETFs or LICs
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi stakeholder projects
