About the role

This is a newly created permanent opportunity for a highly motivated Residential Quote Success Manager to join our Operations team based in Adelaide.

This is a pivotal, national-level role responsible for leading our residential valuation quote submission team, ensuring we hit our targets for win rates, submission speed, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with Valuer leadership and our Marketing team to optimise capacity, monitor competitive trends, and execute dynamic pricing models. As the primary point of contact for complex or high-risk quotes, you will ensure our service delivery consistently meets strict SLAs.

  • Operational Excellence: Actively manage WIP, workforce allocation, and incoming volumes, ensuring all quotes meet strict turnaround time frames.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and upskill a team of Quote Success Specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and sales-focused culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior Valuer leadership to optimise volume/capacity and work with the Marketing team on strategic sales campaigns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage data, analytics, and technology-driven solutions to improve submission rates, win rates, and ATVs.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing sales operations within fast-paced, high-volume environments. You are results-oriented, with a clear focus on accountability for SLA and KPI delivery, yet equally committed to coaching, developing, and empowering your team to achieve their best.

  • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading sales operations in a fast-paced environment, with proven accountability for SLA and KPI delivery.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to evaluate competitive positioning, identify revenue opportunities, and implement dynamic pricing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the business.
  • Operational Agility: High attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline is desirable.
