About the role

As the Executive Assistant to the Director City Assets, you will be a trusted partner providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will manage priorities, coordinate key activities, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling the Director to focus on strategic initiatives and the delivery of outcomes for the community.

Key Accountabilities (not limited to):

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the directorate.
  • Manage the Director's diary, correspondence, meetings, travel, and priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, agendas, and minutes to support decision-making and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate reporting, projects, and action items, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Organise meetings, events, forums, and official functions, including associated logistics and administration.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of directorate and organisational objectives.
  • Undertake other duties within the scope of the role as required.

About the Person

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems, including email and calendar management tools.

We are offering a remuneration between $86,495 to $99,469 per annum plus Super.
