The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) deliver Workforce Services to client agencies under a centralised service model across a geographically and culturally diverse environment. Situated within Workforce Services, the Specialised Recruitment team provides specialised advice and support to clients on best-practice candidate attraction, engagement and hiring strategies. This includes recommending innovative recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and advertising content designed to engage with high-calibre applicants for hard-to-recruit, high demand and critical positions.

As a Senior Manager, Specialist Recruitment, you will leverage your extensive professional expertise to lead a high-performing team in delivering client-focussed recruitment services across the Northern Territory Public Sector agencies. Working in close partnership with the Director, Specialised Recruitment, you will assist in driving strategic outcomes that align workforce capability with organisational priorities.

In collaboration with client agencies, you will a develop a deep understanding of their workforce requirements, organisational culture, and employee value proposition. You will apply this knowledge to inform the design and implementation of recruitment planning and sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-calibre applicants, particularly for hard-to-fill and critical roles

Utilising your strong analytical capability, you will evaluate recruitment trends and outcomes and conduct detailed research and analysis of previous recruitment activities. Your insights will underpin the provision of high-quality, evidence-based advice and contribute to the continuous improvement of specialist recruitment strategies, ensuring they remain effective, responsive, and aligned with the evolving workforce needs of the Northern Territory Public Sector.
