Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordination with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Managing employee insurance policies, enrollments, claims, and renewals.
  • Handling onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
  • Supporting attendance, leave management, and general HR operations.

Required Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Knowledge of insurance administration and policy renewals.
  • Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRMS, and MS Office.
