Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordination with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Managing employee insurance policies, enrollments, claims, and renewals.
- Handling onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Supporting attendance, leave management, and general HR operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Knowledge of insurance administration and policy renewals.
- Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRMS, and MS Office.
