HR Coordinator

Onsite: Smithfield Sydney, Australia- Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including calendar management and candidate communication.
- Support HR operations activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Handle insurance-related administration, including policy renewals, maintenance, and coordination with insurance providers.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract coordination, invoice tracking, and performance follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Experience in Interview Coordination and recruitment support.
- Strong exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure managing Insurance Renewals and Policy Maintenance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and HRMS/ATS tools.
