Onsite: Smithfield Sydney, Australia- Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including calendar management and candidate communication.
  • Support HR operations activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Handle insurance-related administration, including policy renewals, maintenance, and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract coordination, invoice tracking, and performance follow-ups.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Interview Coordination and recruitment support.
  • Strong exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Exposure managing Insurance Renewals and Policy Maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and HRMS/ATS tools.
