CSG3PL is a growing third-party logistics provider based in Dandenong, delivering freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to businesses across Australia. We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, industry-savvy professionals to help us grow.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the 3PL/freight industry to join our team. This is a new business development role — you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities across the logistics and freight sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively prospecting and generating new business leads within the 3PL/freight space
Building and managing a pipeline of potential clients from first contact through to close
Presenting CSG3PL's service offering to prospective customers and tailoring solutions to their needs
Negotiating rates and contracts to win new accounts
Building strong relationships with new clients to set up long-term partnerships
Working closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' sales experience, with hands-on background in the 3PL/freight or logistics industry (essential)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Based in or able to commute to Dandenong on a daily basis
