- Work Location: Goulburn - (Purely Office based) - NO REMOTE
- Eligibility: You must need to have either Australian Full Working Rights / Permanent Residency / Australian Citizenship
- Tentative Start Date: ASAP
- Budget: $35 -45 per hour (Inc Super)
Role Description
A State Government Department is seeking a Support Officer to provide customer service and administrative support within a service-focused environment. The role requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre, service centre, shared services, corporate services, or managed services environment.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver effective service.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new processes and procedures.
- Experience using multiple systems simultaneously and adapting to new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Touch typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM and 85% accuracy.
