Support Officer – Customer Service (Contract Role | Goulburn, NSW)

We are seeking a Support Officer for a 6-month contract role, starting ASAP, based in Goulburn (on-site, in-office).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality service and support in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in a contact/service centre environment
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure a positive end-to-end experience
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs from first contact
  • Work across multiple systems simultaneously to resolve requests
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-centric environment (contact centre, shared services, corporate or managed services)
  • Strong ability to learn and apply new processes quickly
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously
  • Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 85%+ accuracy
  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
