OT FOR KIDS is a fast-paced, family-oriented paediatric occupational therapy clinic based in Blacktown, NSW. We work with children and families to build independence, friendships, learning, and emotional regulation — all through play-based, evidence-informed therapy. Our services span one-on-one sessions, group programs, Lego Based Therapy, parent coaching, school partnerships, and telehealth. We're a close-knit team that loves learning together.

The Role

We're looking for a casual Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dream team — approximately two days a week with flexible hours. This is the perfect role if you're studying OT and want real clinical exposure, or if you're an admin gun who thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Reception and administration duties

Client intake management

Providing warm, organised client care

Supporting our social media presence

Assisting therapists in running our group programs

You Might Be...

A 3rd or 4th year OT student ready to gain hands-on paediatric experience alongside a brilliant clinical team

An administration professional with strong interpersonal skills who wants their work to matter
