What we need from you

Experience: 5+ years in Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
Systems Savvy: Hands-on experience with ERP (Infor LN) and PLM (Windchill) architectures.
Technical Rigor: Advanced Excel capability and proven expertise in engineering drawing interpretation.
Tooling Expertise: Experience in structural jig, fixture, and mechanical tooling design.

As a Permanent Process Engineer based in Bendigo, you will play a vital role supporting complex manufacturing operations. You will sit at the intersection of the physical shop floor and digital engineering systems. Your core focus will be maintaining data integrity, optimising work instructions, managing configuration changes (ECR/ECO/ECN), and designing production-ready tooling.
