About The Role

• Build and nurture end‑to‑end client relationships as their trusted digital partner
• Drive retention, manage escalations and meet SLAs across a high‑volume portfolio
• Guide clients with a consultative, solutions‑focused approach
• Work closely with senior managers and internal teams to understand needs and share insights
• Develop strong analytical capability by turning performance data into actionable strategy
• Gain hands‑on experience across SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing and content
• Work daily with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and HubSpot CRM to optimise performance

About You

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and agency environments
• Comfortable and confident communicating with clients on the phone
• Able to switch between multiple accounts without compromising quality
• Enjoy working with a mix of small budgets and large‑scale spend
• Genuine care factor – you want clients to grow and succeed
• Proactive, adaptable and always hungry to learn
