THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established global organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working within a high-performing finance team, this role will partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
This position would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, financial planning and analysis, and influencing business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with business leaders to support financial and operational decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities across multiple business units
• Prepare monthly management reporting, analysis and performance commentary
• Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning and business case analysis
• Provide meaningful commercial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Analyse business performance and identify risks, trends and opportunities
• Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
• Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards and finance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and strategic projects
• Assist with continuous improvement and finance transformation activities
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
• CA / CPA qualified
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting roles
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Experience working within a complex or multinational environment would be highly regarded
• Exposure to Power BI, Oracle or similar ERP systems is advantageous
