Finance Manager

The Client

Our client, are a market leader within their industry, with a 14 month contract available for a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain strong financial controls, accounting policies and compliance with reporting standards.
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet integrity, audit requirements and financial reporting accuracy.
• Lead monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and profitability.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and cash flow analysis to inform business performance and planning.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive accountability, improve financial performance and support business outcomes.
• Lead and develop a small finance team while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing commercial support across a complex, multi-site organisation.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

• Post graduate and professional accounting membership in a recognised Chartership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum five years experience in accounting
• Minimum three years in a similar role to this position description
• Significant experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
