SAP TM Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a major transformation program in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior SAP professional with strong supply chain knowledge and experience supporting SAP TM solutions.

The successful candidate will bring deep functional expertise across SAP TM, with exposure to SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise across SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions
• Support SAP TM implementation and transformation activities
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery teams
• Support supply chain process improvements and optimisation initiatives
• Participate in Agile delivery methodologies and contribute to project outcomes
• Lead discussions, provide guidance, and support team collaboration

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of professional industry experience
• Strong functional experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Experience across supply chain processes
• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) experience is highly desirable
• Experience working within Agile implementation environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven experience working collaboratively and leading teams
