Role Purpose
The business is currently recruiting for entry-level opportunities across both the broking and claims teams. Key Responsibilities
Junior Insurance Broker
• Support senior brokers with client servicing, renewals, and general account management
• Gather information from clients, research market options, and prepare straightforward quotes
• Liaise with insurers to obtain terms, resolve queries, and assist with placements
• Maintain accurate policy records, compliance documents, and client files
• Provide client support, including helping with claims referrals and follow-ups
• Build product and market knowledge as part of your development
• Contribute to new business activity, referrals, and portfolio growth
• Organise and prioritise tasks in a busy broking environment
Junior Claims Executive
• Assist clients through the claims process from lodgement through to resolution
• Communicate with insurers, clients, and third parties to provide updates and resolve queries
• Manage claims documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support the resolution of claims-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver a high level of client service throughout the claims process
• Build knowledge across claims handling procedures and insurance products
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong customer service, administration, or client-facing experience
• Eager to learn how the insurance industry operates and develop technical skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career within insurance
• Previous insurance experience is beneficial but not essential
