About the Role -
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring all contractual and commercial requirements are managed effectively and in line with project timelines and obligations. Working closely with Project Managers and the wider delivery team, you'll be hands-on across procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
Responsibilities include but not limited to -
- Manage contracts, variations and project documentation from start to finish
- Support procurement, tendering and trade letting
- Coordinate design documentation, RFIs, samples and shop drawings
- Assist with progress claims, subcontractor payments and budget tracking
- Keep Procore and project records accurate and up to date
- Support site coordination, permits, defects and project handover
- Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Contribute to safe, efficient and commercially sound project delivery
About You -
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction projects similar to Henny
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in a team environment but able to work autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software packages
- Working knowledge of Procore software is essential or the ability to get up to speed quickly
