Ochre Recruitment is looking for a commercially driven recruitment leader to lead and grow our national medical (Doctors) recruitment agency.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to drive consultant performance, grow client relationships, lift desk profitability and build a high performing recruitment culture.

You’ll lead recruitment consultants across multiple healthcare recruitment streams, supporting the placement of locum and permanent doctors across hospitals, health services, urgent care clinics and medical practices throughout Australia.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven leadership experience in agency recruitment
• Experience across healthcare, medical, nursing or allied health recruitment
• Strong understanding of locum, temporary workforce or contractor recruitment models
• Commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue
• The ability to coach, motivate and lift recruiter performance
• Confidence leading in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment
