Project Architect

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Advance your career as a Project Architect by joining one of Sydney's most respected studios experiencing sustained growth. Step into a Project Leader role where you’ll guide and inspire a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects.

Reporting directly to the Associate, you will take ownership of large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects from concept design through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.

DUTIES.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
• Lead the production of DA and CC documentation packages
• Support the associate in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
• Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
• Demonstrates experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages, from concept to delivery
• Strong competency in ArchiCAD preferred
• Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
