  • Recruitment and growth support
  • Business development support for senior lawyers

You’ll work closely with Consulting Principals (“CPs”), the CEO, senior leadership and external partners to ensure the firm continues to present a strong, consistent and differentiated market presence.

Key Responsibilities

a. Brand & Marketing Initiatives

  • Develop and deliver marketing and brand initiatives aligned with firm objectives
  • Manage campaigns, communications, PR, content and digital presence
  • Support the creation of articles, presentations, submissions and thought leadership content
  • Translate CP expertise into compelling marketing and recruitment materials
  • Deliver day-to-day marketing, communications and business development support

b. Recruitment & Growth Support

  • Support the CEO and Head of Growth with lateral recruitment initiatives
  • Help communicate and strengthen the Keypoint value proposition through media partners and recruiters
  • Assist in developing recruitment collateral, campaigns and market-facing content
  • Support onboarding and integration initiatives for new Consulting Principals

c. Events & Engagement Initiatives

  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events nationally
  • Align events with business development, CPD, recruitment and engagement objectives
  • Use events and initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and internal connection

d. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting

  • Build strong working relationships across the firm and act as a trusted support contact for CPs
  • Gather feedback and insights to inform marketing and engagement initiatives
  • Measure and report on brand, engagement and campaign effectiveness

About You

You are a commercially minded and emotionally intelligent marketing or business development leader who enjoys building meaningful relationships with senior professionals.

You will bring:

  • At least 4-6 years’ experience in marketing, brand or business development roles
  • Professional services experience (legal experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and professionals
  • Experience managing events, campaigns and content initiatives
  • A hands-on, collaborative and responsive working style is necessary
  • The ability to balance, and enjoy, strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

Why Join Keypoint?

  • Gain exposure to strategic recruitment, growth and brand initiatives
  • Build leadership capability in a highly autonomous role
