Retail Team Member | Permanent Part-Time – Camp Hill

Join our retail team in a permanent part-time position based at our Camp Hill store. This role works Sunday to Wednesday, with flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods, including Easter and Christmas.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or food service preferred.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.
• Confidently assist customers with product recommendations, special occasion orders, and general enquiries.
• Accurately process sales through the POS system and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and merchandising standards throughout the day.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning, and store presentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Reliable, organised, and able to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
