Sales Consultant – Hawthorn Showroom
Join the team in our beautiful Hawthorn showroom and bring our customers’ dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consult with customers to understand their needs, then recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
- Manage the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships — at e&s, we create customers for life.
- Stay up to date with product and system knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment (and have some fun along the way!).
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely connects with people and can guide them through their purchase journey.
- A natural ability to identify opportunities and confidently drive sales outcomes.
- Experience in a customer-focused role — retail, real estate, automotive, travel and similar backgrounds have all thrived here.
- Strong self-management skills — able to prioritise, multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
