Newcastle/Hunter Region | Hybrid Working | $160,000 - $180,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Lead one of the Hunter's largest portfolios supporting children, young people, and families with 150+ employees. Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced executive leader to lead a significant portfolio of youth and young adult wellbeing services across the Hunter region.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Family & Community Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple programs and teams, driving service excellence, workforce capability, compliance, governance, and sustainable growth.

This is a rare opportunity to influence organisational strategy while leading services that create lasting impact for children, young people, and families across our communities.

Success in this role requires a visible and engaged leadership approach, balancing strategic leadership with strong support for managers and frontline teams.

What you'll bring

• Significant senior leadership experience (10 years +) within youth, child and family, OOHC, mental health, homelessness, housing, or broader community services
• Strong operational, governance, quality, and reporting capability within complex service environments
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams through growth, change, and service improvement
• A collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and values-driven leadership style
