Classroom Aide

Freshwater Creek Steiner School (FWCSS) is a regional, Primary School and Early Learning Centre providing Steiner Education to 200 children from kindergarten to Class 6. FWCSS is situated on 24 acres of farmland on Wadawurrung Country, near the beautiful Victorian Surf Coast.

Our classroom aides are essential to the success of our educational and wellbeing programs. They are committed to supporting young Steiner Students alongside the Teachers, and to the values of FWCSS.

We are currently seeking applications for 2 Classroom Aide roles.

The first role is a 5 day per week maternity leave position, commencing at the end of July for one year, supporting our Class 4 teachers and 18 students.

The second role is a 4 day per week position commencing early October, to the end of Term 4 supporting our Class 3 teachers and 15 students.

As we are seeking to diversify our Student Support team, energetic educators with knowledge and experience of practical skills, outdoor activities, hard crafts, and/or sport and games are encouraged to apply.
