The Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role sits at the centre of the finance function and leads a growing team responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across a diverse portfolio of business units and investment initiatives.
Managing a high performing team, you will drive consistency, governance and insight across multiple operational portfolios while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial Finance, Investor Relations, Tax and Group Finance.
This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes and bringing structure to a growing environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality forecasting, reporting and performance insights, while helping establish scalable frameworks and ways of working to support future growth.
What You'll Do
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Managers and Analysts
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Deliver management reporting and performance analysis
• Prepare Executive and Board reporting packs and insights
• Consolidate performance across multiple business areas
• Drive reporting consistency, governance and process improvement
• Improve forecasting models, controls and reporting frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the broader business
• Support strategic planning and decision-making activities
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, automation and reporting capability
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the FP&A function
• Provide recommendations on business risks and opportunities
Skills & Experience
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong FP&A and reporting background
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Expert in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
• Experience in large, complex organisations
• Track record improving processes and systems
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
