Net Architect

JS Careers are partnering with a global financial services organisation in the search for a .Net Architect to shape and deliver on a long-term infrastructure strategy alongside a third-party vendor.

This is a green fields project, and requires someone who has a good understanding of regulatory environments, with experience building software from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a ground-up rebuild of a legacy .Net environment to a GitHub-native, AI-assisted DevSecOps ecosystem.
• Building a roadmap, and carrying out the delivery and maintenance.
• You'll be accountable for quality/direction, but still building when needed.
• Contributing to threat modelling, secure coding, and SDLC best practices.

About you

• Someone with deep knowledge of .Net development and architecture.
• On-prem and cloud (ideally Azure) experience.
• Someone who has managed DevOps in a regulated environment.
• Someone autonomous and AI-curious, who can run projects and manage stakeholders.
• Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
