Senior Finance Manager, Property Development – Sydney

Join a leading property development organisation and play a key role in driving financial performance across a growing portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on delivering insights, supporting investment decisions, and partnering closely with Development and Acquisitions teams. Leading a highly engaged team, the position offers true breadth and a seat at the table with a highly credentialed C-Suite executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and the Board
• Monitor development capex vs budget and forecast
• Lead feasibility analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling
• Partner with Development and Acquisitions to support pipeline and investment decisions
• Analyse performance, identify variances and recommend actions
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and strong controls
• Support audits, reporting requirements and governance
• Lead and develop a highly engaged finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting/Finance and CA/CPA qualification
• Experience in property/development finance (preferred)
• Strong financial modelling and feasibility experience
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience with ability to influence and partner effectively at executive levels
