We support the delivery of person-centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our work includes managing My Health Record, Electronic prescriptions, and the 1800MEDICARE app, ensuring a healthier future for all Australians through connected healthcare.

Our opportunity

Step into a pivotal Senior Integrity Compliance Officer (APS6) role where your expertise will safeguard transparency, strengthen governance, and influence ethical decision-making across the Agency.

From managing Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to applying complex legislation and uplifting integrity frameworks, you’ll work at the heart of high-impact, high-trust work.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate FOI requests in line with legislation
  • Provide clear, practical advice on compliance and integrity matters
  • Apply policy and regulatory frameworks to sensitive, complex issues
  • Identify risks and drive improvements across integrity, fraud, and governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed strong integrity practices

What you bring

  • Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and frameworks
  • Proven research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • High-level organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in compliance, governance, FOI, or integrity-related roles
  • Certificate IV in Government Investigations (desirable)

Salary: $101,379 - $114,373 plus 15.4% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
