E-Help Education & Migration is a Brisbane-based consultancy delivering tailored education and migration solutions. Our practice is built on strategic advice, ethical guidance, and long-term client relationships, with increasing demand in employer-sponsored and skilled migration pathways.

We are expanding our team and seeking a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) who brings depth in employer-sponsored visa work and a consultative, client-first approach.

About the Role

This position is suited to an experienced RMA who is confident in leading consultations, developing visa strategies, and managing applications end-to-end—particularly within employer-sponsored streams.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality migration outcomes while contributing to client retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, strategic immigration advice aligned with current legislation
  • Manage end-to-end various visa applications, particularly employer-sponsored visa applications (subclass 482, 186, 494)
  • Conduct structured consultations, assess eligibility, and recommend optimal pathways
  • Prepare and lodge well-documented, decision-ready applications
  • Communicate clearly with clients, simplifying complex migration matters
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and employer sponsors
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct
  • Stay current with policy updates and legislative changes

Essential Requirements (Applications Without These Will Not Be Considered)

  • Registered Migration Agent (MARN holder)
  • Demonstrated experience managing employer-sponsored visas (482, 186, 494)
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policy
  • Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
  • High-level client communication and consultation skills
