The Role

This Territory Manager position is focused on driving growth across Queensland, with a strong emphasis on new business development.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities both within specialist healthcare and related markets.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and day surgery settings
  • Managing and growing existing accounts across Queensland hospitals
  • Delivering against sales targets and territory growth plans
  • Managing tender activity and identifying contract opportunities
  • Developing and executing a structured territory business plan
  • Partnering with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers

This is a field-based role with travel required across Queensland.

  • Exposure to contracts, tenders, or complex sales processes
