This is about relationships, partnerships and strategy. It's about being the person clients trust. The one who can take the complexity of SEO, Paid Media and Digital Strategy and turn it into something clients actually understand.

The Gig

You'll sit in the sweet spot between brilliant clients and some very clever digital humans.

You'll manage a portfolio of brands, build lasting relationships, oversee strategy delivery and keep everyone moving in the same direction. You'll be the go-to for your clients, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You don't need to be the world's best SEO Specialist or a Paid Media gun. That's what Springboard's specialist team is for. But you do need enough technical depth to hold your own in conversations, know what's happening inside the platforms, ask smart questions, and guide clients through the bigger picture.

Think part strategist, part relationship builder, part project wrangler, part digital translator.

And if you've got a blend of Client Success and Digital Specialist experience? Even better. There's plenty of room to shape this role around your strengths.

This role has real runway. Not the kind that gets mentioned in an interview and then mysteriously disappears once you start.

You'll join as a Client Success Manager with a clear pathway into Senior Client Success Manager as your portfolio, influence and autonomy grow.

What We're Looking For In You

  • Agency experience (this one's important)
  • Experience managing client relationships and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • A knack for building trust and creating long-term client partnerships
  • Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Analytics
  • Comfortable jumping into platforms and understanding what's happening behind the scenes
  • Organised, proactive and good at keeping things moving
  • Someone who loves seeing clients win
  • Comfortable managing different personalities, priorities and the occasional "urgent" request
  • Commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture
  • Curious by nature and always keen to learn
  • The kind of person who takes ownership and follows things through

Bonus Points If...

  • You've worked in a Client Success, Digital Account Manager or Account Director role
  • You've got hands-on Paid Media or SEO experience (not essential)
  • You've worked in a hybrid account management + delivery environment
  • You're comfortable leading client conversations and presenting strategy
  • You love learning new things and don't mind getting stuck in when needed
